Shipwrecked on an uncharted island, Dr. Jackson Gamble begins to experiment with mind expansion. Until he is rescued, nearly a year later, Dr. G. kept detailed journals of his experiences with a wide variety of plants he was consuming, including Yoto, a hallucinogen the native Polynesians used for spiritual ceremonies and sacred bloodletting. The Doc was zoned on this stuff for eight straight months and these are his thoughts and exploits. "It was Oriental women such as I have never known," he was once heard to mutter. Another 19 minutes you can never get back. Recorded live.

ReplyDeleteWow... thanks I.F. It's an honor, and we can sure use the prize money. There IS prize money, right? Seems there are a lot of forms to fill out and right now we're in the process of editing "The LSD Journals, Part II." But we would never use this apparently prestigious honor to promote our latest crap... at http://werelateforclass.blogspot.com/.
ReplyDeleteThanks Fool.

since you guys make really great trippy music why not make an album like a trip to hell, you can meet dead people who died like hitler and then you can join souls and meet satan. that would be great and halloween is around the corner so lets journey to satans realm in the next psych journey
ReplyDeleteYou're telling us to go to hell, aren't you?
ReplyDeleteBoys,
ReplyDeleteWhat can I say, everyone took my lines, so my comment is "Where are the other 10 tracks", this track says 5 of 11? Holding out on us ponderous music lovers again?
Jeff
Uh-Oh. Internal information leak. It should have said 1 of 1, but came from a folder with other tracks and mixes. A couple of them showed up on the followup post, Vol. II. A few others were just alternate mixes, but one or two might see the light of day. Thanks for listening.
